Jun 28, 2013 KasaneD Recommended At first it seemed to be the usual harem thing with a lolicon teacher in a class of sexual harassing students. But as i continued watching it, it unveiled its real side and showed that there was much more to it. The characters are well characterized and their role in the story is well structured either. In my opion reading the manga would be the best option since this 12 episodes doesn't end the plot, yeah because there is a plot, and is even a good one. Kodomo no Jikan is known for the loli aspect, and yes it was very disturbing the first 5 episodes, I was giving up until I watched the 6 ep, there start the good things about this anime. In one respect it is typical loli fair; loli, for those who don’t know, essentially being underage anime girls doing either cute things, or in this case most of the time, sexual things. If you hear someone be referred to or refer to themselves as a lolicon, it means they get off on underage anime girls. From the perspective of a 13ish year old who barely understood the concepts of relationships or sex, this was a shockingly compelling story for what it is. Frankly, wouldn't recommend unless you REALLY don't care about moral issues when watching anime. While at first it may just seem like a barely legal lolicon fanservice extravaganza, it isn't. The characters are actually incredibly interesting, and I genuinely feel like this is a good anime that is worth watching. It's not even just the main girl (Kokonoe Rin), the other two girls, the teachers, her brother, all of them are interesting in themselves.
